How often are backups performed?
We perform daily automated backups for all plans. Enterprise plans include real-time incremental backups. All backups are stored securely off-site with 30-day retention.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll prorate any differences.
Do you work with all website platforms?
We specialize in WordPress and WooCommerce, but also support Shopify, custom PHP, Laravel, and other popular platforms. Contact us to discuss your specific platform needs.
What if my site gets hacked?
All plans include malware monitoring. If your site is compromised, we'll clean it and restore from backup at no additional cost. Enterprise plans include proactive security hardening to prevent attacks.
How long does the 50% yearly discount last?
The 50% discount applies for as long as you maintain your yearly subscription. When you renew each year, you'll continue to receive the same discounted rate. This is our way of rewarding long-term partnerships.
What's the difference between basic and advanced optimization?
Basic optimization includes image compression, caching setup, and general performance tweaks. Advanced optimization goes deeper with code minification, lazy loading, database query optimization, server-level caching, and Core Web Vitals improvements for better Google rankings.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Starter plans receive responses within 24 hours. Business plans get priority support with responses within 4-8 hours. Enterprise clients receive dedicated support with responses within 1-2 hours, including weekends for critical issues.
Do you provide reports on work completed?
Yes! All clients receive monthly reports detailing completed maintenance tasks, performance metrics, security scan results, uptime statistics, and recommendations for improvements. Enterprise clients also receive weekly status updates.
What happens if I need work outside the plan scope?
Maintenance plans cover routine upkeep and optimization. For new features, major redesigns, or extensive development work, we offer those as separate projects at a discounted rate for maintenance clients. We'll always discuss scope and pricing before starting any additional work.
Is there a contract or commitment period?
Monthly plans have no long-term commitment—cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Yearly plans are paid upfront for the full year to receive the 50% discount. Both options include our 30-day money-back guarantee.
What is included in the web host migration?
Our Enterprise plan includes full website migration to a new host: complete file transfer, database migration, DNS configuration, SSL setup, email migration assistance, and thorough testing. We handle everything to ensure zero downtime during the transition.
How do you handle plugin and theme updates?
We don't just click "update all." Each update is tested in a staging environment first. We check for compatibility issues, review changelogs for breaking changes, and only push updates to your live site after verification. If an update causes issues, we roll back immediately.
What security measures are included?
All plans include malware scanning, firewall monitoring, and SSL certificate management. Business and Enterprise plans add brute force protection, login security hardening, and file integrity monitoring. Enterprise includes advanced threat detection, security audits, and DDoS protection setup.
